The Asset
AV-2 Series of semi-automatic bottle filling machines offer a simple to
operate heavy duty design with a proven history of reliability, ease of cleaning
and accuracy.
Fitted with
stainless steel gravity valves it is self priming from any floor level tank
of drum and is ideal for production filling bottles of any free flowing liquids
such as household chemicals, personal care, pharmaceutical and veterinary
products.
All product
contact parts are manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel or food grade
engineering plastics. Product contact parts are also suitable for autoclaving.
The unit is
portable, requiring no compressed air, and plugs into a standard 240V, 10
Amp power point, high quality manufacturing filling machinery, commercial
grade bottling machine.
