URGENT NOTICE - WARNING

It is with sadness that I alert you to a competitor using our intellectual property, namely our business name and attempting to gain from my staff's hard work during what has been an exciting and successful start-up phase.

Be aware of people impersonating myself and my staff. We have been advised that the main deceptive and unauthorized business activity will come in the form of email, telephone calls or mail correspondence using the name ‘Packserve’ (note the addition of the “E” on the end) and possibly our logo and slogans.

It has also been uncovered that the domain name and e-mail address “packserve.com.au” has also been registered and is redirecting clients to another website which is not ours, please be careful not to add an “E” to our website or e-mail address when forwarding any correspondence and also be aware that any e-mail or other correspondence containing the incorrect spelling of our business name as “Packserve” with an “E” is not from us nor has it anything to do with our business or services.

Should you be a victim of this imitation then please forward these to our postal address or email us at 'info@packserv.com.au'

I take this opportunity to provide you with our 'authentic' contact details again (as below) and thank you for your ongoing support during this difficult time. We will try to keep you informed about this activity which is targeting Packserv. Please note that all correspondence from us will always contain our ABN as listed below.

Steps to protect yourself;

• Be suspicious of unexpected calls or text messages from people you have not dealt with previously at Packserv
• Only use our postal address for mailing your goods, documents or cheques
• Do not respond to any unsolicited emails, our email address contains 'packserv.com.au' only
• Do not provide any personal or business details to anyone you do not know
