In-Line Automatic Production

This larger, faster and more automated style of production equipment is more suited to longer term installations in plants where qualified experienced staff will be on hand to tune and run the equipment.

Usually consisting of a two or four head automatic filling machine mounted over a continuously running slat type conveyor with an automatic cap tightening machine attached, it may also combine sorting and unscrambling tables at each end to feed and collate the bottles, Ink Jet coding and induction sealing in process with dual label applicaion as well.

 

Common combinations of these machines would be:

AV-3-2C, AMF-4C, CV-6, AAC-1, AAT-8, IJC-PB, INS
