In this issue we introduce our twin head automatic filling machine, the Asset AV-3. It is a Mobile Automatic Filling Machine that is capable of filling between 2mls and 1300mls in a single shot at speeds of up to 60 units per minute (predominantly used on a conveyor for filling bottles, jars, tubs, etc, or as a semi-automatic bench top). We also take a closer look at the CP-SAL Compact-a-wrap which is a bench top labelling machine for applying labels to round containers. This machine would normally be used with a bench top filler, cap tightener, printer, and compressor. These machines are used by a variety of industry from small manufacturers to large packaging plants.

In this issue we introduce (by popular demand) our new sealing unit, the IN-S Enercon Super Seal. It is a portable automatic Induction Sealer that is capable of sealing most container openings, (suitable for bottles, jars, tubes etc). We also take a closer look at the CV-6 Conveyor Machine (various lengths) which transports products through automated multiple process packaging lines. This machine would normally be used with an auto filler, cap tightener, sorting & unscrambling tables, ink jet coder, and induction sealer. These machines are well suited for production in food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.

In this issue we introduce (by popular demand) our new printing unit, the Ink Jet Coder. It is a continuously moving non contact printing unit that is capable of marking any kind of surface, rough or smooth (suitable for bottles, boxes, bags, cards etc). We also take a closer look at the AMF-4C filling machine (4 product cylinders) which handles products from thin liquids to creams and pastes, even products with soft suspended solids. This machine would normally be used with a conveyor, cap tightener and sorting & unscrambling tables. Both machines are ideal for production carried out by contract packers and manufacturing plants.
