Yes, we will match or beat any competitors written down rental cost, be assured that at Packserv you will only receive new technology, most operators are carrying a fleet of largely old machinery and justify lower rental rates because of old technology and machinery that has a long hire history.

My product is unique in that the standard machinery requires specific accessories, are you able to cater to my specific needs?

Yes, Packserv are the specialists in tailoring machinery to suit unique applications, we not only design, build and provide the specialised fittings for filling machines but also specialise in fittings and applications for labellers and cappers. We customise parts and accessories and will be able to provide you with a very effective solution at no additional cost to a standard solution.

I would really like to use your service but am based interstate, are you still able to provide me with equipment and technical support?

Yes, Packserv services all regions and states, most commonly clients will place an order and have us crate and pack the machinery for their transport company to pick-up and deliver. We are also happy to book the transport for you and ship the machinery ourselves, some smaller machines are ideal to courier and some we can even post to you. Once the equipment has arrived you have 24 hours, 7 days a week phone and technical support, but in the event you would like on-site assistance or training we can come to you, wherever you are. We also offer as standard at no cost machinery replacement or on-site service for all machinery breakdowns so we can eliminate any risk or concern on your part regarding distance.

I have been searching for a specific machine but no one seems to have one available for hire, would you consider adding it to your rental fleet so that I can hire it?

Yes, Packserv's team are continually researching new products and solutions for its clients, we recognise that packaging machinery is extremely expensive and most clients only require equipment on a short term basis. Packserv is continually adding new products to its rental fleet and we would be happy to hear from you if you have a particular request.

I am concerned that cross contamination may occur to my product if I hire a filling machine and wet-parts that have been used on other applications, how can I avoid product contamination?

Packserv takes safety extremely seriously, unlike some operators in the marketplace Packserv sets itself apart by its stringent safety standards, systems and procedures to eliminate the potential risk of cross contamination. Wet-parts remain with the same machine & are marked individually for specific applications, both the machine and wet-parts are categorised not only by industry but by specific applications so that cross contamination cannot occur.

We keep a log/hire history of where the machine and parts have been as well as what product (& ingredients) it has been in contact with, any interchangeable parts get put into another separate inventory for very specific categorisation. If we do not have a machine or the wet-parts suitable for an application we purchase direct from the manufacturer so that we ensure we do not compromise our clients products or the safety of the consumers.

The machines and wet-parts from Packserv are cleaned and checked thoroughly after each hire for product residue but we always recommend that the client also undergo a sanitary flush on the machine and wet-parts before use.

What if I want to change my equipment at a later date?

With Packserv you can change your hired equipment any time you like during the course of your hire, it is far more costly if you have purchased your equipment and realise you need to change your equipment to suit new requirements.
