The Asset AMF-4C Series is a four-head automatic liquid, cream and paste filling machine.
Packserv have a few of these ‘work-horse’ machines in our rental fleet that are available for hire. The componentry is easily dismantled for cleaning and the valve system handles filling a range of products, including, thin liquids, creams and thick pastes.
The machine is mounted on a welded frame that has castors for maneuvrability and leveling jacks that can be adjusted over a range of heights to match an existing conveyor production line.
As demand for this model of machine wanes, it is being replaced by Packserv’s PFM-4C.
The PFM-4C filling machine can package products with suspended solids; a task that usually requires two different types of filling machine or an expensive change of parts.
The cylinder design of the PFM-4C Filler also enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of cylinder wet parts. And a variety of product supply methods can be used to suit the nature of the product. Such as ‘twin port hoppers and bespoke inlet assemblies.
To ensure safe operation, the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assembly are also enclosed by an interlocked polycarbonate cover that shuts the machine off if an operator was to open the door during production.
