Our PFM-5-BUF Single Head 5 Ltr Bottom Up Filler is a semi-automatic liquid, cream and lotion filling machine that is both user friendly and versatile. The heavy duty, all pneumatic design of the PFM-5-BUF is compact, reliable and easy to clean and is designed for semi-automatic benchtop function. This machine features a 5 litre product cylinder allowing for single-shot filling of containers anywhere from 500ml-5000ml.
The PFM-5-BUF also comes standard with positive shut-off nozzle and a bottom up fill assembly. The spool-valve system of the PFM-5-BUF-A handles all types of bottling products from thin liquids to creams and can handle particles as well as hot and cold filling. It can handle temperatures up to 95°C with ease during the filling process.
The cylinder design of the PFM-5-BUF enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. A number of product supply methods can be used to suit the nature of the product or our customers needs – examples include: hoppers and inlet assemblies.
Finally we have enclosed the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assemblies with a safety interlocked poly-carbonate covers that shuts the machine off if an operator was to open the door during production.
