Automatic Induction Sealer

The INS-IF2.25-U is a 2.25kW Pillar Technologies iFoiler; a fully automatic stand mounted induction sealer – for use over a conveyor in a full production line. The level of performance is a result of world-class electronic engineering. It delivers highly reliable, tamper-evident seals that prevent leakage and ensures high seal integrity for a wide range of products.

Benchtop Induction Sealer

The INS-UF1-H-SA is a 1kW Pillar Technologies iFoiler; a portable benchtop induction sealer. The level of performance is a result of world-class electronic engineering. It delivers highly reliable, tamper-evident seals that prevent leakage and ensures high seal integrity for a wide range of products.

The Induction Process

The induction sealing process involves an induction current being applied to a metal liner in a plastic cap. The bottle is first filled, then the cap is applied. The cap already has the liner inside. The liner contains the sealing material adhered to a foil layer. The induction current heats the foil liner, melting the sealant. The pressure of the threaded cap upon the bottle provides the required pressure. As the sealing layer cools, it adheres to the bottle.
