Packserv’s benchtop filling machines are suitable for sachets, bottles, and containers, handling liquids, pastes, thicker products, and those with suspended solids. The machine operates with products up to a temperature of 65 C, with an optional hot spool valve for higher temperatures. As the machine is pneumatic and runs on compressed air, it is suitable for environments where volatile substances like cleaners, sanitisers, solvents and paints are packaged. Product supply methods, like a hopper or inlet assembly, can be used depending on the nature of the product.
The benchtop capper is essential for maintaining product integrity by ensuring secure, reliable sealing, and is designed for both screw-on and push-on caps. There is also an attachment for handling trigger packs. With a range of chuck sizes, the capper accommodates caps from 10ml in cap size to a 120ml pipe.
