Using two different types of filling machines or expensive change parts to package products with suspended solids has long restrained food manufacturers.
Packserv has solved that dilemma with its Twin Head Auto Filler, a user-friendly, semi-automatic liquid, paste and cream filling machine.
The machine is operational on a full-scale production line with a complete automatic function, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity. This is optimised by a ‘no bottle, no fill’ safety device and container gating system.
Connection to a continuously running slat conveyor is enabled as the machine is trolley mounted with lockable castors Positive shut-off nozzles and a bottom-up fill assembly are standard while the valve system handles a variety of bottling products.
These include thin liquids, creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold fillings. A special valve can also meet hot fill applications. The cylinder design of the Twin Head Auto Filler also enables quicker dismantling and deeper cleaning of wet parts and is completely manufactured in-house.
