The Packserv Positive Shut-Off (PSO) Nozzle Body is a critical component for automated filling lines, designed to precisely stop product flow during operation. Ideal for use with automatic liquid filling machines—including bottom-up fill (BUF) systems—this air-operated nozzle body ensures clean, drip-free performance and reduces product waste.

Compatible with a wide range of liquids and capable of hot or cold filling, the PSO nozzle body delivers reliability across a variety of production applications. Its simple, robust design allows for quick disassembly and easy cleaning, minimising downtime between production runs.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this nozzle body offers superior resistance to rust and corrosion, ensuring durability even in demanding production environments. Fully pneumatic in operation, it requires no electricity and integrates seamlessly with Packserv’s automated filling machines, including the PFM-3, PFM-4, and PFM-5 series.
