Packserv’s positive shut-off (PSO) nozzle is a key component in stopping the movement of product during operation of automated fillers, including in bottom-up fill (BUF) systems. Furthermore, this nozzle can operate with a wide range of liquids and in hot or cold filling. It’s simple design allows efficiency in dismantling and cleaning when necessary.

Operating via air, this component is compatible in a range of pneumatic lines, and without demanding electricity. It can be assembled on various Packserv machines including PFM 3, 4 and 5 lines.
