Acrylic Cover AV-3

Acrylic Cover AV-3 (PFM-3-SD-PX) for PFM-3 Liquid Filling Machine.

This clear plastic cover serves as a safety for operators of Liquid Filling Machinery, and as an access point to internal components. Many models in the PFM line also have emergency stop sequences reactive to the opening of this cover. Furthermore, its transparency allows operators to see when cleaning or maintenance may be necessary, and also to observe the movement of the filler and identify any adjustments they may make.

Acrylic (PMMA) as a material is heat and impact resistant, with a melting point of 160°C. Hence, the Acrylic Cover AV-3 is  durable and resistant to impact cracks, damage, and manufacturing temperatures. During regular use, its transparency allows cleaning whenever necessary.
