This is a set of parts designed as a Cylinder Assembly for Packserv Style Fillers for our Liquid Filling Machines. Specifically including our Single Head, Twin, Four Head and 5 Litre Fillers.

Including a Transition Plate, Cylinder, Piston and End Plate, this kit is complete in contents for the production of a cylinder unit.

All parts used in this assembly are comprised of 316 Stainless Steel to ensure durability through rust and corrosion resistance. Hence, our Cylinder Assembly for Packserv Style Fillers is capable of efficiently processing a multitude of liquid products without damage.

The cylinder of our PFM (Liquid Filling) Machinery handles all types of products from thin liquids to creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. Additionally, this equipment is also capable of producing interacting with suspended solids. Such a task previously required two different types of filling machines or expensive change parts. Moreover, our design also enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts
