Our PFM-5-2C Twin Head 5L Auto Filler is a fully automatic liquid, paste and cream filling machine that is simple and versatile. The heavy duty, all pneumatic design of the PFM-5-2C is compact, reliable and easy to clean. This machine operates with fully automatic inline function. The filler incorporates two 5 litre product cylinders allowing for dual single-shot filling of containers from 500ml-5000ml.

The PFM-5-2C also comes standard with a pair of positive shut-off nozzles and a bottom up fill assembly. The spool-valve system of the filler handles all types of bottling products. It is capable of processing thin liquids, to creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. This equipment can handle temperatures of up to 95°C with ease. The PFM-5-2C also comes complete with “no bottle no fill” safety device and container gating system.

The cylinder design of the PFM-5-2C Twin Head 5L Auto Filler enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. Various product supply methods can be utilised to suit the nature of our customers’ products such as hoppers and inlet assemblies. Hence, our Twin-Head 5L-BUF machinery is versatile in processing various goods.

Finally, we enclosed the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assemblies with a safety interlocked poly-carbonate cover, stopping the machine if opened by operator.
