Pack Leader’s PL-501 Automatic Wrap Around Labeller is an easy to use automatic labeller, that has established a position both here in Australia and internationally, as the industry standard automatic labelling machine of choice. This machine can handle all types of labels and can be relied upon to work reliably in all kinds of environments.
The PL-501 series of Automatic Labellers have a number of machines that have optional equipment fitted as ‘standard’ in order to supply ready-to-use labellers for specific tasks, such as;
- PL-501D-VW Wrap Around Vacuum Wrap Labeller
- PL-501D-TC Wrap Around Labeller for Tapered Containers
- PL501D-NL Wrap Around Labeller for Neck Labelling
The PL-501 range utilises a touch screen, an in-built digital counter, and a self-diagnostic LED control panel that combine to synchronise the entire machine structure. The built-in operating instructions and troubleshooting guide offered on the operator interface make for an outstanding operator friendly experience that requires minimal training.
With provision for 30 different, recordable settings and simple, tool-free adjustments, set-up and product changeover is simple, quick and easy.
The PL-501 Automatic Wrap Around Labeller Is fully customisable with a range of optional Inclusions:
- Conveyor Height can be adjusted from 700mm to 1000mm
- Optional Hot Foil Coder for batch & expiry printing on labels
- Label Applicators Up To 200mm tall for larger labels
- Poly or stainless steel conveyor slats
- Optional sensors for clear and metallic labels
- 3-Point Wrap Station for front and back labelling
- AI Sensor for orientation labelling
- Tamper-seal labelling
