Pack Leader’s RCP-181 Automatic Multi-head ROPP Capper is a high speed, fully automatic, 8 head bottle capper machine and, after head changeover, is suitable for aluminium ROPP, screw-on and push-on caps.

This machine operates in a continuous motion by use of a timing screw and infeed star wheel. This ensures optimal output and production speeds.

The stability and durability of design ensures that the caps achieve the proper torque rating required so the product is placed perfectly.

Head changeover is efficient and requires very little time which minimises downtime when swapping over products on a production line.
This machine also has an additional optional extra available that can pick and place the caps via a bucket-lift, ensuring optimal speed and efficiency.
