The CCS7000 is IP66 rated for cleaning and safety. This means that it can be installed in factories that handle water or in dusty locations. The nozzle capping mechanism eliminates the need to clean the nozzles after operation. This eliminates the need to replace the ink in the head with solvent, reducing the need to use solvents. An interval mechanism is also included.
This circulates ink at regular intervals, which helps to prevent ink solidification during periods when the printer is inactive. The parts of the ink circulation path that require maintenance are integrated for improved workability. This means that ink filters can be replaced without the use of tools.
The encoder function also displays the set value and the actual measured value on the monitor enabling the consistency of settings to be checked. The printer also has Industry 4.0 technology and can be checked and operated from a remote location.
