The Hualian Continuous Band Sealer with Ink Coder (FRB-810IISS) can increase production speeds in semi-automatic bag sealing applications where large scale automation is not possible.

Operators feed the bag into the machine by placing filled bags on a conveyor to be guided through the sealing.

Brackets can be supplied to change from horizontal to vertical sealing. Enabling bags to stand up or lie down during the sealing process.

This Continuous Band Sealer with Ink Coder can seal any thermoplastic material due to its variable thermostat. Thermoplastics include Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and laminations containing foils.

Commonly used to seal coffee, sauces, marinades and grains.

This model features an ink-coding wheel which can apply a date/batch code as it simultaneously seals the bag.
