Our PFM-3 Single Head Auto BUF Filler (NA) is a semi-automatic filler for liquid, paste and cream. The heavy duty, all pneumatic design of the PFM-3-BUF-NA is compact, reliable and easy to clean.

Unlike the PFM-3-BUF, the NA design has been optimised to allow a seamless upgrade to fully automatic operation. This means the machine can be mounted over a conveyor line and run operator-free.

The PFM-3-BUF-NA also comes standard with a positive shut-off nozzle and bottom up fill assembly. The valve system of the PFM-3 Auto BUF Filler (NA) handles all types of bottling products from thin liquids to creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. A special valve is also available for hot fill applications (i.e. >65°C). This filling machine will even package products with suspended solids. Such a task previously required two different filling machines or expensive change parts.

The cylinder design of the PFM-5-BUF enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. Various product supply methods can be utilised to suit the nature of our customers’ products such as hoppers and inlet assemblies. Hence, our BUF machine is versatile in processing various goods.

Finally, we enclosed the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assembly with a safety interlocked poly-carbonate cover, stopping the machine if opened by operator.
