Our PFM-3-BUF Single Head Bottom Up Filler (BUF) is a semi-automatic liquid, paste and cream filling machine that is user friendly and versatile. The heavy duty, all pneumatic design of the PFM-3-BUF is compact, reliable and easy to clean. This machine is suitable for bench-top use.

The PFM-3-BUF also comes standard with a positive shut-off nozzle and bottom up fill assembly. The valve system of the PFM-3-BUF handles all types of bottling products from thin liquids to creams and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. A special valve is also available for hot fill applications (i.e. >65°C 149 F). This filling machine will even package products with suspended solids; a task that previously required two different types of filling machine or expensive change parts.

The Single Head BUF Filler’s cylinder design enables faster dismantling and easier cleaning of wet parts. Various product supply methods can be utilised to suit the nature of our customers’ products such as hoppers and inlet assemblies. Hence, our BUF machine is versatile in processing various goods.

Finally, we enclosed the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assembly with a safety interlocked poly-carbonate cover, stopping the machine if opened by operator.
