The Hualian Continuous Band Sealer FRB-770IISS is used for increasing production speeds in semi-automatic bag sealing applications where large scale automation is not possible.

Operators feed the bag into the machine by placing filled bags on a conveyor to be guided through the sealing.

Brackets can be supplied to change from horizontal to vertical sealing. Enabling bags to stand up or lie down during the sealing process.

This Continuous Band Sealer is designed to seal any thermoplastic material due to its variable thermostat. This includes Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and laminations containing foils.

The sealer is commonly used to seal coffee, sauces, marinades and grains.
