KGK Ink Jet Printers are used globally and renowned to be of the highest quality and reliability. CIJ or Continuous Ink Jet means that the printer is constantly running, circulating ink through it’s system to always be in a state ready to start printing.

Normally when a CIJ Ink Jet Printer is running it is constantly evaporating solvent as it circulates. However, the KGK is the only commercial printer to automatically close it’s own circuit and seal it’s nozzle while it’s running. This saves solvent and running costs, as well as maintaining the correct ink viscosity. It features a 10.4″ detachable colour LCD screen which can be mounted away from the machine. When connected via Ethernet to other machines, one CCS3100 can run and adjust up to 16 other units simultaneously.

The CCS3100 is IP65 rated for cleaning and safety. Furthermore, it can save 999 messages, print 6 lines of data, bar and QR codes. Actually there isn’t much this printer can’t do. It speaks multiple languages, it can count, handle various connections from USB, UPS, Lan, Ethernet, and run an encoder for speed matching targets.

Being solvent based, it prints onto many surfaces and etching ink will stick to glass, metal and plastic surfaces. It handles various types of inks in different colours for different applications. These include water-based inks for eggs and fresh produce, or ethanol, MEK and MIPK for fluorescent printing.
